What is the warranty period, and how are spare parts guaranteed?
The standard whole-machine warranty follows the contract, typically one year from acceptance, covering free repair or replacement for non-user-caused faults. For spare parts, commonly consumed items such as light sources, lenses, cables and buttons are kept in stock for fast dispatch, while core components are held as exchange units per model to support swap-then-repair and shorten downtime. Out of warranty we provide lifetime paid repair and parts supply with a committed availability period, so equipment is not scrapped prematurely. Contracts should state the parts response time and supply commitment.
