Are software upgrades charged?

Routine software upgrades within the warranty period are free, covering bug fixes, stability improvements and enhancements to features you already purchased. New feature modules, such as additional measurement algorithms, reporting and analytics, or new system integrations, are scoped and quoted separately. Custom-developed functions follow their own maintenance terms. Upgrades are applied on site or with remote assistance; before upgrading we confirm the release notes and impact scope and provide a rollback plan so production programs are not disrupted.
