Do you provide sample trials, and is there a charge?

Yes. Trial testing during pre-sales evaluation is standard practice rather than an add-on: you provide samples (good parts plus typical defects, ideally including boundary samples) and a requirement list, and we return detection results, cycle-time data and a fit conclusion. Trials are usually free of charge, with return shipping borne by you; complex fixturing, destructive tests or large-volume runs are quoted and scheduled in advance. We recommend including tolerances and the acceptance method so the trial output can be used directly for a decision.
