Are the specifications quoted by sales accurate? Is there third-party certification?
Specifications should be confirmed by a written datasheet and measured reports, not verbal promises. Our practice is to write every key metric (range, accuracy, repeatability, cycle time) into the technical agreement, and to verify with your own parts at acceptance — if it fails, the agreement governs. For metrology, we provide factory inspection reports and support calibration certificates issued by third-party metrology institutes, with cost and lead time confirmed per project. A comprehensive quality management system is in place; the specific qualification list is available on request.
