What is the delivery lead time?
Standard models ship within the agreed period after order confirmation, while custom projects take longer because of solution design, fixture manufacturing and commissioning. The critical path is usually requirement confirmation rather than manufacturing: if the feature list, acceptance criteria, integration interfaces and site conditions are locked before work starts, the overall schedule shortens noticeably, whereas mid-project changes typically require rescheduling. We recommend confirming the requirement freeze date and stage acceptance milestones together with the technical agreement, and reserving a downtime window for on-site installation and commissioning.
