How is after-sales training arranged, and is it charged?

Standard training is included with delivery: operators learn power-up, program recall, daily checks and common alarm handling, while engineers learn program creation, parameter tuning and data export, typically over one to two days at no separate charge. Advanced training such as deep algorithm tuning, integration development or multi-line replication is quoted per person-day. We recommend training key users first and letting them replicate internally, which cuts long-term training cost. Operation manuals and training records are provided so new staff can self-study.
